What are methods & cost of shipment?
All products are either consumable, perishable, and/or organic so please keep this in mind when ordering.
PLEASE NOTE: Per USPS, packages over 1 lb. cannot be shipped via domestic First-Class. Therefore all packages weighing over 1 lb. (15.99 oz) will be sent USPS PRIORITY. ALL shipping options available in the drop-down menu are automatically selected to provide you the best cost based upon the total number of items and package weight.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of the products, they are not eligible for return or exchange for health and public safety reasons. Items that arrive broken/damaged during shipping or unsatisfactory are eligible for the following options WITHIN 14 calendar days of the date you receive the product(s):​

What are herbal tinctures?
Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts made by soaking (steeping) dried or fresh herbs in a liquid (alcohol or other extractor).
Are herbal tinctures safe to consume?
Tinctures can be made with alcohol, water, glycerin, vinegar, oil, or honey/syrup. However, the vast majority sold in stores and small online businesses contain alcohol. Specifically, most tinctures are made with a high
proof (80% or more) ethyl alcohol, that is commercially available and very safe for consumption.
Given that the amount of tincture taken is minimal, the amount of alcohol consumed is negligible.
However, there does pose a risk for consumption by children, pregnant women, & those with
certain preexisting conditions. Therefore, if needed please cross-check the ingredients with your
medical condition and check with your physician as needed.
How long do herbal tinctures last?
Tinctures containing at least 80% alcohol has a shelf-life of 3-5 years before
starting to lose its potency (refrigeration helps with extension). Higher proof alcohol
(100% or higher) can last up to 10 years. Please note, IHTincturesandco tinctures are made
with 80% alcohol.
